Day 1

• Arrive in San Diego, rent a car and head to Del Mar

• Check-in to Les Artistes Inn, stay in the room with the hot tub

• Go for a walk along Del Mar beach

• Sunset drinks and dinner at Jakes: enjoy fantastic food and cocktails in a laid-back beachy atmosphere

• Night out at JimmyOs
  

Day 2

• Take a class at Yoga Del Mar

• Breakfast at Sbicca: brunch, California style

• Drive to Coronado Island

• Lunch at Hotel Del: a wide variety restaurant so, whatever takes your fancy

• Explore Coronado

• Head back via La Jolla Shores beach for sunset

Day 3

• Surf at Swamis beach

• Breakfast at Swamis café: head here for a traditional American breakfast

• Explore the meditation gardens at the Self Realisation Fellowship

• Lunch at the Taco Stand: serves almost anything Mexican here, they make a mean burrito

• Drinks at Culture Brewery

• Dinner and live music at The Roxy: delicious cocktails, a wide variety of share plates and live music, enough said.
  

Day 4

• Coffee at Bird Rock Coffee

• Go for a hike at Torrey Pines

• Lunch at The Grill at Torrey Pines: offers a wide selection of dishes in a relaxed atmosphere

• Drive to Mission Bay for paddleboarding

• Drinks and dinner at Barefoot Bar & Grill: dockside restaurant serving fresh seafood

Day 5

• Breakfast at Snooze: highly rated breakfast joint, specialists in eggs benedict

• Surf at Del Mar 15th Street

• Lunch at Posiedon: if you like ‘surf and turf’ this is a place to try

• Beach day by Powerhouse Park

• Sunset drinks and dinner at Pacific Coast Grill: a beachside restaurant serving delicious fresh seafood

• Live music at the Kraken
  

Day 6

• Check out of Les Artistes

• Head north down the 101 towards Laguna Beach

• Check-in to Manzanita Cottages

• Take a picnic to 1000 Steps Beach for the day

• Drinks and dinner at The Deck: fresh seafood, cocktails and ocean views

Day 7

• Breakfast at Zinc Café: elegant but relaxed cafe, serving veggie and vegan options

• Walkthrough the parks and along the beaches of the Montage Hotel

• Lunch at Tortilla Republic: enjoy sensational Mexican food and toast your trip with one of their signature Margarita’s

• Relax in the rock pools on Victoria Beach

• Dinner and drinks at Nick’s: Laguna’s ‘must go’ restaurant, have a drink and soak up the atmosphere when waiting for a table
  

Day 8

• Drive back to San Diego for flights home, or travel up to LA.
